Letná Beer Garden

Letná beer garden, in the hip neighborhood of Prague 7, boasts one of the best beer gardens in the entire city (Riegrovy Sady Beer Garden is the other). It wins hands down for being the beer garden with the most spectacular views. In fact, as you sit down with a cold pilsner, the city unfolds before your eyes and you can see as far as Žižkov and Vyšehrad. Drinks are unfortunately served in plastic cups, but at least they are still cheap. Food is limited to snacks and grilled klobasa. If you are standing at the metronome in Letná Park and looking across the river towards Old Town, go straight and left for five minutes along the paths and you will reach this oasis. Alternatively, it is located rather close to both Letenské or Strossmayerovo Náměstí. Once you have beer in hand, feel free to plop down on the grass if you prefer this to the picnic tables.
