Q Cafe

The newest (and definitely welcome) addition to the queer cafe scene, Q Café is a haven for those looking for a warm atmosphere.  The staff is really friendly and although the crowd is rather mixed, the majority here are still men, yet it’s obvious that all are welcome. Two floors of ambiance, including a non-smoking lower level section, makes Q Café a good choice for anyone and everyone. They have a few munchies on hand and also a gluten-free beer, Celia. Don’t forget to try the popular Czech drinks on tap, Kofola (a herbalish-tasting cola) and Malinovka (raspberry lemonade); both were popular during the communist era and continue to be so today. If you’re looking for LBGT literature, check out their library, a work in progress, which has books and gay magazines you can read while lounging around waiting for your beau.
