Czech sculptor, David Černý is no stranger to controversy. In 1991, he became notorious for his artistic civil disobedience when he painted a Soviet tank pink; the tank at the time was a national monument. Then again in 2009 Černý pissed off several EU member states with his piece „Entropa.“ More on Entropa here. Lucky for us, Černý has left his controversial footprint all over Prague. We will see several of his pieces on this „tour of controversy”. We will end the tour at Mlýnská Kavárna, a favorite café of local artists and a place Černý himself frequents often (he made the bar counter too!). *
Price: 550 Kč per person
Duration: 2 hours
Start time: negotiable
Not included: public transportation tickets
*Note: This tour is made mostly on foot, but also by public transportation
